WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
All items ship within 1-4 days. Generally they ship closer to 2 days after order.
CAN I UPGRADE SHIPPING?
Yes! We do offer an Express option, however it is rather expensive. Generally $30 in shipping fees. If you are interested in upgrading - please reach out to us at heyluckyduckco@gmail.com
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
In general, no, not at this time. However, if an item got lost in the mail or your item was not met to our standards, we are happy to resolve that with you.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you contact me within one hour of placing the order, I am able to edit or cancel the order. After that, I cannot guarantee being able to edit or cancel. Email us heyluckyduckco@gmail.com if you need help with this.
